Summary Chenega Naswik International is seeking a Badge/CAC Administrator to support security operations. This position is contingent upon award. Responsibilities Ensure all personnel who require a Common Access Card (CAC) meet the identification requirements before issuing the CAC. Follow approved SSIs, SOPs, processes, and procedures for operating respective terminals. Maintain an appointment log for each respective terminal and if time permits, assist walk-in customers when appropriate. Maintain a daily log of all CACs issued. Maintain Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) and Real-Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS) certificates for all CAC operators and meet DMDC annual recertification requirements. Ensure all CACs are processed in accordance with established Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) polices. Verify the individual presents Real ID compliant photo identification for verification prior to issuing a badge. Continually maintain accountability of all USACE Badge materials and associated equipment. Continually maintain a 30-day supply of USACE Badge fabrication materials, e.g., cards, badge overlays, printer ribbons, and clips. At the end of each business day, provide contractor's Operations Support Manager an update consisting of number of credentials issued, Personal Identification Number (PIN) resets performed, and terminations completed. Issue CACs to military, civilian, and contract government workers on an as needed basis. Issue other special security credentials in accordance with established processes/procedures. Continually maintain a daily log of badge activities, i.e. number of badges issued, type, updates, and deletions. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Minimum six (6) months experience in badge administration. Minimum six (6) months experience in common access card administration. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and Outlook . Obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance
