We need a Business Analyst with experience in Empower LoS Product, especially in Configuration tools. Must go to office at Richmond, VA for 4 days a week. Below is the JD. Please share suitable profiles after thorough vetting from your side.
Detailed job description - Skill Set:
- BA/SME in mortgage domain with experience working in Empower LOS product and experience working on configuration tools.
- Knowledge in document packaging, orchestration engine, mapping tree, building plans, tasks, loan conditions, workflows
- The person should be able to document the strategy, plan, migrate, process, code overlap between Empower and Correspondent changes
- Effective and influential communicator, capable of interacting with multiple external vendors and app owners from Truist who interface with Empower.
- Help discover and define the upgrade effort, evaluate the solution and implementation options and suggest the most optimal solution substantiating the rationale behind the recommendations.
- Post migration, oversee knowledge transfer, facilitate preparing knowledge and training documents for operations team and line of business.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience mortgage business IT solutions.
- Experience with Mortgage + Empower LOS product + Configuration tools.
Good to Have Skills
- Understanding of Agile process.
- Knowledge of Rally
- Understanding of onsite/offshore model.
- Business process mapping and flow creation
