Azure Architect
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (hybrid role)

We are seeking candidates with substantial real-world experience in Azure architecture, encompassing a broad spectrum of Azure services such as ASE, AKS, ACA, ADF, Fabric, Purview, One Lake, ADLS, Synapse, etc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in architecting systems that span across Application Layer Services, Data Lake/Warehouse, Reporting, and Analytics.
Candidates should be capable of articulating the intricacies of a complex system they have architected, including the rationale behind their design decisions. Prior experience in corporate accounting, banking, financial services, or capital markets is highly desirable. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively convey solutions to business stakeholders.
Familiarity with Archimate and BizzDesign is advantageous.
The primary responsibility of this role is to architect the target state Corporate Accounting platform, encompassing subledger, general ledger, accounting feeds, reporting, and analytics. This is a long-term project spanning four years, with potential for contract-to-hire opportunities.
