Awake Overnight Residential Treatment Worker

$2,000 Sign on Bonus East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an immediate full-time opening for a third shift Awake Overnight Residential Treatment Worker, for our residential group home in Providence, RI that serves up to eleven (11) adult men and women. The individual in this awake overnight position supervises the safety and well-being of the clients during the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. He/she will perform housekeeping duties and administrative tasks, as well as assist and redirect clients during the night as necessary. He/she may occasionally educate and assist clients regarding household management, daily structure, adult daily living skills (ADL), nutrition, and food safety. All shifts require the observation and recording of self-administration of medications, and training will be provided to all new staff as necessary. The Awake Overnight Residential Treatment worker will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (or an associate degree with two years of direct experience. The shift for this position is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
