JOB SUMMARY:
HOA Quality Control Analyst Team Lead is responsible for performing review of various department functions to ensure compliance with department process and procedures have been followed as applicable. Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives.

Responsibilities:
Oversees Quality Assurance team

Review Customer Information Profile and Customer Due Diligence (CIP/CDD) profiles, reviewing key information in bank core systems and HOA platform against documentation to verify accuracy.

Review activities and related documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business guidelines and bank policies

Requires attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy regarding assigned tasks.

Communicates regularly with department team members to ensure consistency/quality of processes.

Accuracy and quality assurance in coordination with HOA Services managers.

Collaborates with internal departments including, Customer Service and HOA Account Servicing.

Identifies process gaps in processes and helps determine solutions.

Quality assurance of customer implementation.

Prepares Weekly & Monthly Reports. Monitors and reports trends to HOA Service Managers.

Personnel seeking contact information into each group.

Applies working knowledge of team goals; and, impacts the business by ensuring the quality of the tasks or services provided.

Assists with other projects within Homeowners Association Services as requested.

Recommends opportunities for new options to enhance productivity and procedural recommendations related to process improvement.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position including but not limited to the following: Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act), Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP), Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA, state and federal) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

Requires five (5) years of experience in Quality Control

Requires minimum of three (3) years experience in Homeowners Association Services

Required: High School Diploma or GED

SALARY RANGE: $65,187.20 - $97,793.28 USD; Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
