Who we are looking for State Street Global Technology Services ERM systems is looking for an experienced JBPM developer to manage workflow functionality for Enterprise Risk Management Applications. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to work on JBPM and Drools in a forward-thinking organization that's always pushing boundaries.
What you will be responsible for As Developer you will
- Will design and implement BPM workflow models
- Will lead a global team to deliver workflow functionality for the Risk Management applications
- Provide technical domain expertise in concert with business application knowledge in order to lead the team towards optimal solutions
- Responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, integration testing, deployment, and documentation.
- A strong developer with good technical skills who will champion close collaboration across business and technology teams

- 10 plus years of experience in workflow management and extensive experience in BPM, Drools.
- 10 plus years of experience in Java/Spring/Microservices
- Experience on AWS Cloud, Kafka messaging, UI stack using react and java microservices
- Experience in ORACLE SQL
- Negotiator, consensus builder, good communicator and motivator
- Confidence in dealing with all levels of the organization, both internal and external
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills along with an understanding organizational process
Education & Preferred Qualifications - Masters or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience as BPM developer
- Financial Services Background with Risk and Regulatory Experience
- Extensive experience in BPM, Drools, Java/J2EE, Springboot, ORACLE, Micro Services and AWS
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 Annual
