Job Description NetImpact Strategies is seeking a proficient Video Telecommunications Specialist Mid Level to join our our onsite team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining video telecommunications systems to meet the organization's needs. If you have experience in video telecommunications technology, strong technical skills, and a dedication to providing excellent user support, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Design and implement video telecommunications systems that meet the organization's needs. Ensure that all systems are configured to provide optimal performance and Configure and maintain video telecommunications equipment, including hardware and software components. Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure continued functionality and security. Provide technical support to users of video telecommunications systems, addressing any issues or questions they may have. Conduct training sessions to educate users on the effective use of video telecommunications tools and technologies. Monitor the performance of video telecommunications systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. Optimize system settings and configurations to enhance performance and user experience. Integrate video telecommunications systems with other IT and telecommunications systems to ensure seamless operation and interoperability. Collaborate with other IT professionals to coordinate system integrations and upgrades. Implement security measures to protect video telecommunications systems from unauthorized access and potential threats. Regularly review and update security protocols to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of communications. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and user support interactions. Generate reports on system performance, usage statistics, and any incidents or issues encountered. Coordinate with vendors for the procurement, installation, and maintenance of video telecommunications equipment. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely support and resolution of issues. Stay updated on the latest advancements in video telecommunications technology. Propose and implement new solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's telecommunications systems. Ensure that all video telecommunications systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Implement best practices to maintain compliance and improve system reliability. Qualifications Required One or more of the following certifications (IAT II): CCNA-Security CySA+ GICSP GSEC Security+ CE CND SSCP Four (4) years of experience demonstrating the required proficiency. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency.
