- Easton Melksham Associates has been training and recruiting for the automotive industry nationally for over fifteen years. We are currently expanding and looking for a self motivated individual with the ability to pass on his or her expertise and guidance to new automotive sales professionals by teaching every step of the automotive sales process. We provide all of the training program materials.
Responsibilities:
• Travel on-site to various dealerships in your region to conduct sales training
• Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to identify and attract top talent.
• Ability to manage travel efficiently and effectively while maintaining productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
Qualifications:
• Candidates should have a minimum of two years of recent sales experience in a new car dealership.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively as you will be an independent contractor
• Possess the ability to inspire and motivate new-hires to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effectively delivering training materials and engaging with the students.
• Flexibility to travel to various dealership locations as needed in your area and nationally (optional).
