We are a Family Owned & Operated dealership founded in South Florida. The Vera Family began serving this community with the first Cuban restaurant in 1956 and then got into the car business in the mid '80's. We have been serving the South Florida community for over 60 years.

We do business very differently than the average car dealership and treat our customers with trust, respect and dignity unlike the typical dealership in South Florida.

We are looking to add Experienced New Car Sales Consultants who want to work with a Quality Dealership, representing a Quality Product . Hiring Immediately

We offer

Best Pay Plan around- $145,000 to $255,000

Paid vacation up to 3 weeks

6 days off per month including one Saturday/ Sunday off as well

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Ability to set and achieve targeted goals

Prior sales experience preferred but not required

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

Organization and follow-up skills

Experience and desire to work with technology

Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
