Location: Onsite - Agoura Hills, CA
Accounting Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversees accuracy of processes performed by Administrators & provides feedback on performance.
- Evaluate the operational performance of the assigned section and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Review work methods and intra-departmental procedures to ensure effective workflow.
- Implements changes in operational procedures to improve efficiency/effectiveness.
- Ensures deadlines are being met.
- Prepares routine correspondence regarding processing for the department and the stores.
- Analyzes data to make best practice recommendations and identify possible expense control items.
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping Certification, associate degree in Accounting or 2 years commensurate experience (required)
- Auto Industry Experience (preferred)
- Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Ability to adapt frequently to change, delays, or unexpected events in the workplace.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally.
- PC skills including knowledge of MS Office.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
The CA base hourly range for this full-time position is $64,500 - $87,500
This position is eligible for performance incentives, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary range for new hire rates for the position across all CA locations.Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
