Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of instruments.
2. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs.
3. Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their location.
4. Interface with cross-functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing, and marketing/sales.
5. Develop Service technical documentation.
6. Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
7. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.
8. Develop and execute Preventative Maintenance plans.
9. Continuously improve product performance and reliability.
10. Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through advanced customer service skills, implementing fast, quality responses to internal and external customers.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. 1+ years of proven field service experience.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and repair field systems, including PLC and PLC programming.
4. Solid experience in problem-solving especially in intense situations.
5. Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
6. Proficient in Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.
7. Experience in Preventative Maintenance.
8. Strong written and oral communication skills.
9. Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal staff.
10. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.
11. Willingness to travel extensively.
12. Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
