The Automated Machine Operator will perform setup and changeovers related to roll-formers and other equipment. Duties: Perform all functions of machine operation, setup and changeover Keep all machines in good working order Ability to butt weld and load new coils in a safe manner Ability to re-teach/touch up robotic points Make tooling adjustments and tooling changes as needed Perform troubleshooting, minor machine and tool repair and preventative maintenance Responsible for reworking product as required Participate in corrective action or continuous improvement activities when necessary Understand incoming part quality and its effect on dimensional robustness Perform other functions as required QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
