We are seeking a candidate who is dependable, punctual and can work quickly with accuracy to join our growing business. The Entry Level Auto Tube Technician will work in conjunction with the Fleet Manager.

  • You will maintain and repair company equipment and vehicles. Our fleet includes; small engine equipment, skid loaders, excavators, pickup trucks, and trailers.
  • You will perform preventive maintenance inspections on our fleet.
  • Organize stock and materials pertaining to our fleet in their designated location(s)
  • Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and assist management with an accurate representation of all goods
  • Verify all incoming shipments pertaining to our fleet to be accurate by comparing the invoice / packing slip to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
  • Monitor and report any missing, damaged, or lost inventory to management pertaining to our fleet
  • Organize and sort items on shelving, bins, racks, containers, etc. according to company standards pertaining to our fleet
  • Clearly label and identify all materials pertaining to our fleet
  • Assist with any equipment maintenance as needed
  • Operate forklift, skid-steer, and/or telehandler as needed
  • Load & unload trucks and trailers quickly and safely
  • Always keep work areas clean and neat - remove all trash nightly
  • Pick up and deliver materials as needed. Follow all laws regarding material transport
  • Assist in making sure that all vehicles and trailers are compliant with commercial vehicle regulations
  • Make sure that all keys are removed from vehicles nightly and that all containers are secure prior to leaving
Requirements:
  • Maintain the process of detailed, high-quality records of work and repairs
  • Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and written
  • Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
  • Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Frequently moving, transporting, positioning objects of 50 pounds or more
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, and sit
  • Frequently required to use hand and power tools
  • Assisting in warehouse as needed
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug tests
  • Ability to pass DOT Physical
  • Practicing safe lifting techniques is mandatory
