The Bradley School is a licensed private academy educating students who present with special education needs. These students may have learning, emotional and/or behavioral challenges and struggle to succeed in a traditional classroom setting. We are looking for an Autism Support Teacher who is motivated, compassionate and has a calling and passion for helping children. We are looking for someone with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on a child's life.

Requirements

Current PA Department of Education Certification in Special Education required (K-12 preferred)

Autism certification or endorsement or ABA degree required

Minimum of six months experience working with youth in a special education or psychiatric setting required

Qualifications best suited for the position:

Initiative

Ability to build rapport with clients

Patience and creativity while working with residents at their own pace

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethicic
