Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct complex and detailed financial statement audits for clients in various industries.
2. Review and analyze financial information, recording findings and recommendations.
3. Lead the planning and execution of audit assignments.
4. Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting any audit risks and providing suitable recommendations.
5. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulatory standards.
6. Conduct risk assessments, identifying potential areas of financial risk and implementing mitigation strategies.
7. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other tax accounting tasks.
8. Apply financial modeling techniques to forecast future financial scenarios.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current financial legislation and practices.
10. Collaborate with a team of auditors and accountants, contributing to team goals and objectives.
11. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role.
3. Proven experience in conducting audit processes and preparing audit reports.
4. Proficient knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and financial auditing.
5. Strong experience in identifying and assessing audit risk areas.
