If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a Permanent Audit Senior to join our team. This is a hybrid role, providing the flexibility to work both from home and on-site as needed. This position offers the chance to work with a diverse team of experienced finance professionals in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Audit Senior, you will play a critical role in our financial operations. You will be responsible for:

1. Conducting detailed audits of financial records to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
2. Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Identifying and investigating discrepancies in financial records and making recommendations for corrective action.
4. Assisting with the development and implementation of audit procedures and controls to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
5. Collaborating with team members to facilitate the exchange of information and to ensure the successful completion of audit projects.
6. Providing guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
7. Keeping abreast of developments in the finance industry to ensure that our financial operations remain in line with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. The following qualifications are required:

1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an audit role for a public accounting firm.
3. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
4. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively present complex financial information to non-financial colleagues.
6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all work activities.
