Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Assist in the managing and planning of all phases of an audit, compilation, or review engagements.
- Preparation of clear, concise work papers with definitive conclusions, and following documentation standards
- Closely work with the team to tackle accounting, auditing, and other issues, while using audit tools and technology
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including footnotes, in accordance with applicable standards
- Assist in the preparation of business and individual tax returns as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have met all requirements to sit for the CPA exam, being a licensed CPA is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting working on audit, review, and compilation engagements
- with CCH Engagement a plus
- Willing to work in Raleigh and Durham offices
