Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in external auditing. This position will play a pivotal role in managing and conducting financial audits across our portfolio of clients. You will be working closely with our senior management team to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). If you have a strong background in audit management, financial audit, and public accounting firm, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of audit engagements, including financial, operational, and compliance audits.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, other applicable regulations, and internal policies.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and systems.
  • Prepare and present audit findings to senior management, including recommendations for improvements.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and practices.
  • Develop and implement audit strategies and risk assessments.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an audit supervisory or management role.
  • Prior experience working at a public accounting firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and other applicable financial regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
