A Better Hearing Center, a privately-owned audiology practice in Monument, CO is seeking a Hearing Care Practitioner to add to our team. Hearing healthcare practitioners seeking either full or part-time employment are welcome to apply.

The Hearing Care Practitioner (HCP) will be responsible for hearing evaluations for adults, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, our HCPs provide counsel, guidance, and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss.

The following duties and responsibilities that are central to this role:

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
  • Execute a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Be involved in marketing and public outreach-including community events, health fairs, and senior living events

To ensure success, candidates should also possess the following experience and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Active Colorado Dispensing License or eligibility for licensure

Salary potential for this position is over $100,000 per year, depending on experience and education.
