Audio-Visual Ministry Leader

Qualifications the objective is to coordinate all audio-visual and technology requirements and maintenance needs as required for all activities at the church.
Need to have a detailed understanding of Wyatts technology infrastructure audio visual and sound equipment including the security system.
Arrive at Sunday Morning Service no later than 9:30 to ensure all sound and visualizations are up and ready to go when service starts.
Ensure sound and visual quality is at its best for the sanctuary as well as online communication via Facebook.
To ensure everything is set up before service outside of the Sunday morning service including weddings, funerals, VBS, etc.
Test all microphones for readiness for the service and batteries are available.
Make adjustments during service as necessary making sure of quality worship experience.
Make recommendations for equipment needs as things change.
Make ongoing training and development a priority.
Monitor the security recordings and report central problems to the leadership.
Update the announcements of the church digital sign weekly.
Ensure that the quality on the Facebook feed is solid.
