Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a pre-existing book of business in alignment with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various areas of law, excluding plaintiff-focused and DUI matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to address complex legal issues and provide comprehensive client solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in the relevant state.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law
  • Established book of business with a proven track record of client retention, something that can "feed yourself"
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • No experience as a plaintiff lawyer or DUI lawyer.
