A 15-attorney trial firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of substantive litigation experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a a Civil Litigation Attorney who wants to with exciting cases and enjoys sophisticated litigation . This Civil Litigation Attorney will have the permanent flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days/week.

- This Civil Litigation Attorney will join a friendly LA firm that has been established for 30+ years
- This firm handles a mix of public entity, complex, employment, appellate, and premise liability (not insurance) litigation.
- My team has placed several attorneys and paralegals with this firm in the past 5 years. They have all had a great experience working here.
The Civil Litigation Attorney will have:
- 5+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in state and federal courts is a plus, but not required
- Experience with:
- Trial and deposition prep preparing witnesses, exhibits, jury instructions, etc.
- Subpoenas
- Legal research
