Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in legal proceedings, providing expert advice, and ensuring successful resolution of cases. We prefer candidates with experience in personal injury and insurance defense. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing and presenting cases in court, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with clients to develop effective legal strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in personal injury and insurance defense, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney, preferably with a focus on personal injury and insurance defense
Strong legal research and writing skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and achieving positive outcomes
