Attic Installer

Job Description: Essential Functions Provide all customers with a WOW customer service Be comfortable working inside attic spaces and be able to work on ladders Remove all hazardous, non-hazardous materials, trash, etc. from the job site Perform all assigned installation tasks, and any other functions specified by the Lead Tech / Project Manager. Review and confirm the products to be installed according to the Installation Agreement and Standards Identify and report to the Lead Tech any additional opportunities for the installation of measures Assist the Lead Tech in identifying tools and material necessary for the completion of the job. Assist the Lead Tech in documenting all installed products on the approved work order including any pertinent notes Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a team-oriented environment providing and taking direction Knowledge of attic insulation installs and procedures preferred Comfortable working in tight spaces or on ladders, working in adverse weather conditions (cold, hot, rain, snow, wind, etc.). Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot basic lighting and wiring problems Be able to move up to 50 pounds Must possess safety awareness, and conduct all activities in a safe manner adhering to safety guidelines Be organized, detail-oriented, and have good problem-solving skills Must have excellent communication skills Good driving record and a valid drivers license
