Job Title: Atlassian JIRA /Confluence Administrator

Looking for exp profiles in API Automation and needs hands-on experience with development and maintenance of programs that talk to Jira through API to manage the 14k user base.
Looking for experience with Jira plugins (most common and essential plugins), Jira automation and advanced administration involving permissions, governance to manage big instances

- Looking for hands-on experience in the tools mentioned in their resumes. Candidates that have been exposed to governance of Jira is a plus and understand how automation can be applied in to streamline operations.
- Experience dealing with large instances and know the pitfalls of decisions made by administrators at scale.
I also noted that the candidate experience is in sever version of Jira which is substantially different than Cloud, which is our target system. Knowing how to accomplish functions and experience managing cloud instances of Atlassian products is important
