Job Description: Store Manager
Noble Wireless Group, an Exclusive Authorized Dealer for AT&T, is seeking energetic highly motivated sales management professionals to share in the success of our growing organization. Responsibilities include the sales and operational management of 1 or more retail locations. Compensation is performance based salary plus commission, and is not capped. Experience in Wireless and Retail Sales is a plus, and technical savvy and strong communication skills are a must.
Required:
2 years minimum sales experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Very high level of self-motivation.
Reliable transportation.
Proficiency in technical and mobile applications, and ability to understand and explain cutting edge communication and entertainment technologies.
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary, with consideration of experience and performance record

Retail Store Manager Expectations and General Duties
Reports to the District Manager
Meets and exceeds assigned sales objectives
Provides coaching and development for assigned Sales Representatives
Provides daily, weekly and monthly goals and sales objectives for store employees
Insures a high quality customer experience in every situation, every time
Schedules employees for work according to customer needs and company guidelines
Insures the secure handling of company assets, including cash register funds and banking activities, as well as daily and monthly inventory counts
Insures the safety and cleanliness of the store environment, both for customers and employees
Insures that all store employees are following company policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
Adherence to the Business Code of Conduct
The accurate tracking of time worked
The ethical application of sales techniques and customer interactions
Successful completion of assigned training classes and meetings
Acts as Liaison between store personnel and AT&T Representatives, including the Retail Account Executive, Area Retail Sales Manager, and Director of Sales
Other assigned duties and/or activities as directed by the District Manager, Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales and Operations, or Company Principles.
Guidelines for Manager Work Schedule:
Minimum of 48 hours per week
Minimum of 5 days per week
Minimum of 2 opening shifts per week
Minimum or 2 closing shifts per week
Minimum of 3 Saturday shifts per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
