Associate Scientist

Summary:

The Late-Stage Synthetics drug product team within Drug Product Technologies (DPT) is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and team-oriented individual for the position of Associate Scientist or Senior Associate Scientist.

In this role, the individual will serve as a member of drug product development teams, providing hands-on formulation and process expertise during the development of clinical and commercial formulations for oral dosage forms.

The individual will design and execute formulation experiments, organize and analyze results with minimal supervision, and communicate data and interpretation to development teams.

In addition, the individual will ensure that the contracted studies are conducted in compliance with the respective protocols and applicable guidelines and regulations.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Interface within Drug Product Technologies as a team member to support programs and initiatives.

Contribute to experimentation design and execution, and assist in analysis and interpretation of data.

Organize and communicate information within the team to work towards the best possible formulations and processes.

Ideal Candidate:

BS and/or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Material Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or other relevant field. Having lab experience, training will be provide.

Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to design and execute experiments, and interpret results

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
