Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Organizes and conducts routine and non-routine ligand-binding assays, such as ELISA, Luminex, and Flow Cytometry sample preparation in compliance with applicable methods, protocols, SOPs, and regulatory agency guidelines.
Plans and performs controlled analytical testing on various types of biological samples (nonclinical, preclinical, and clinical matrices).
Documents work and maintain study documentation and laboratory records.
Learns to set up, operate, and perform routine and non-routine maintenance on general equipment and so maintain it in compliance with GLP and SOP requirements.
Under instruction can assist with assay method development, qualification, and validation activities.

Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Minimum two years laboratory experience. Industry experience preferred.
Possess a cursory knowledge of antibody chemistry including antibody titration, labeling, and appropriate controls to evaluate specificity.
Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner.
A sense of urgency, speed, persistence, and organization in a dynamic and exciting work environment.

Valued Complementary Skills
Mammalian cell culture experience, Familiarity with various flow cytometry platforms, experience in cell-based assay, biostatistical analyses, and general report creation, using Microsoft Office suite and GraphPad Prism.
