Associate Scientist, Molecular Bioanalytical Location: Greater Boston, MA (Onsite) Science/ Focus: Biologics Job Overview: The job requires a talented individual to contribute significantly in expanding the clients cell and gene therapy business in the United States while collaborating closely with the scientific team. Primary Job Responsibilities: Execute key Molecular Biology tasks such as nucleic acid isolation, qPCR and digital PCR, library preparation for sequencing, and handling preclinical and clinical samples for research grade and G(C)LP compliant projects. Help establish, transfer, standardize, and optimize assays, including participating in method qualifications/validations. Report and document any unexpected assay occurrences, deviations, or out-of-specification results in compliance with regulations, while also maintaining accurate experimental records in laboratory notebooks and LIMS system. Primary Job Requirements: BS degree in life sciences or a related field Background in G(C)LP-compliant sample processing and/or molecular assay development Experience with analytical method qualification, transfer, validation, and understanding of GxP regulatory requirements for biotherapeutics development.
