What you will be responsible for:

Develop new customers via prospecting and following up on Company generated leads.

Plan and coordinate product training for surgeons (didactic and cadaveric)

Develop positive, enduring relationships with our customer

Attend local, regional, and national trade shows and labs as requested

Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key account personnel within their assigned areas in order to support selling, market development, service efforts, clinical events and business continuity

Provide feedback to marketing on product design to improve performance and customer satisfaction

Collect purchase orders from customers

Ensure trays are delivered and retrieved for each surgery and the trays are properly stocked and maintained

Engage customers in the Company's Physician Outreach Program
