Position Responsibilities
Perform high-volume full-cycle recruiting to support staffing of Uline's Distribution Center.
Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
Support and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to find talent.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
1+ years experience in Human Resources and / or recruiting preferred.
Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
