We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Due Diligence Associate Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of due diligence projects, ensuring thorough analysis, accurate reporting, and timely completion. The Due Diligence Associate Project Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to gather information, assess risks, and make informed recommendations. You are passionate about: Leading and managing due diligence projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Preparing detailed due diligence reports, executive summaries, and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and risk assessments. Monitoring project progress, identify and mitigate potential issues, and optimizing outcomes. Studying feasibility of client's goals for the site, managing subconsultants and internal teams to achieve project deliverables. Leading campus planning efforts, direct design staff, and prepare preliminary site, utility and grading plans. Evaluating storm water design criteria, reviewing municipal code requirements, and setting project schedules. Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing valuable insights and strategic guidance throughout the due diligence process. You bring to the team: 8 years of experience in project management, due diligence, site planning, design management, or related sectors. Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred), including but not limited to Civil Engineering, Community and Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture. Strong communication skills including the ability to lead teams, present findings, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess feasibility, evaluate design criteria, and interpret regulatory requirements. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including project planning, team management, and strategic decision-making. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management, design analysis, and reporting (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, project management software).
