COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM) - Associate Program Director
•  Proven Income up to $245,000 Annually
•  Includes Salary Guarantee + The following:
•  Experience Above 5 years - Additional $3,000K Annually
•  Retention Longevity Package of $10,000K
•  Premium Payment for Additional Skills - $2,500 - $5,000 Annually
•  Teaching Bonus - $10,000 + Quality Bonus $8,000 Annually
•  Call Pay Amounts to Additional $32,175 Annually

•  Family Medicine or FMOB - Full Spectrum
•  4 Day Work Week - 70/30 Admin to clinical
•  Work 4 days per week which includes administrative time, precepting and clinic.
•  Hospital call average of 1 night/week QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM) - Associate Program Director
•  Open to MD or DO and Cannot Sponsor Visas.
•  Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred open to New Grads Also

•  200,000 + Population - Option to live in Boise or live outside the city where land is available for purchase
