We are seeking an Associate Program Control Analyst in Moorestown, NJ. Position Overview: Acts as key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects. Experience and knowledge of Government Cost Accounting processes and Defense Industry accounting standards and related systems. Develops financial plans and provides direct support to Business and Program management stakeholders. Responsible for Internal/external reporting requirements and financial deliverables. Prepares special reports and financial studies for management and alerts them to significant variances to plan. Responsibilities: Contract Closeout Support including monitoring of actual expenditures and final fee assessment to determine final EAC values in support of customer requests for funding deobligations. Needs to be able to proactively identify funding needs by AFMS T&M project by PO line item to ensure cross functional team is aware of all issues and funding requests are sent to the customer before funds run out. Demonstrate understanding of Financial and Business systems and their relationships (Accounting, Earned Value, Manpower Planning) Development of contract budgets and facilitating reporting of variances vs actuals Perform analysis related to funding, staffing, spending, profitability and program performance Produce and ensure delivery of financial reports and work products for internal and external customers Support PMO program in contract deliverables and internal analysis. Support adherence and EVMS compliance (MIL 881-ANSI Standard, DI-MGMT-81466A) Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration or Equivalent 0-2 years of Financial analysis or cost estimating experience, within the Defense industry preferred Knowledge of Cost Point (Accounting System), COBRA (Earned Value tool) preferred Proficiency with Program Financial Reporting, Estimates at Completion, and Variances vs Budget Revenue and EBIT planning/forecasting methodology Advanced Skills with Microsoft Excel including Complex Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macro', Queries etc. Demonstrate Analytical and problem solving skills; accuracy and attention to detail Prior experience working with government contracts, including CPIF, CPFF, T&M, and FFP types Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have excellent time management skills
