Job Details:

Self-Service marketplace and digital advertising ecosystem

Working with 2 other people on the team and the other swim lanes

Business readiness: Preparing business for change and tasks associated with the change

Implementing new products into every day business activities

Supporting the implementation of products with stakeholders

Making sure the implementation is going smoothly

Front end listening to stakeholder and kicking off calls, going over strategies that the business is requesting

The Sales Enablement team mission is to provide business enablement for the advertising sales organization

Job Summary:

This role will support the strategy, planning and execution of business opportunities for Automated ad sales marketplaces that will improve utilization of current toolsets to drive additional revenue or support operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

" Support enabling the business Vision, Strategy, Implementation & Support for products, technology and workflows that drive goals and efficiencies for Automated marketplaces. Encompassed in these marketplaces are Programmatic and Self-Service.

" Leverage deep business & system knowledge to support business needs with Ad Platforms. Sales Enablement leads the cross-functional conversations, alignment, readiness, and implementation across, Legal, RYM, Ad Ops, Traffic, Sales, Ad Platforms, Data, Marketing/Solutions, Research, Measurement and Finance. Sales Enablement is the central point of contact across the business teams

" Support executing business readiness, product requests (intake), Data management, UAT testing, Daily System Support, Training, Communications and Legal alignment that ensures the successful business deployment of products and workflows across the Ad Sales organization.

Basic Qualifications:

" 2+ years within a product management, ad operations, or media planning type role, preferably in programmtic; or equivalent business work experience.

" Degree in Business Management, Product Development or related field

" Experience partnering with sales, operations, and technology organizations.

" Experience using digital advertising and related technologies; Operative and Salesforce a plus.

" Functional understanding of the roles and technologies in the ad delivery cycle.

" Experience managing multiple projects at one time, in various phases of development and managing diverse workloads on a daily basis.

" Experience with coordination and collaboration with cross-functional teams

" Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.

" Comfortable working in a high-performing team environment.

" Ability to articulate and communication user issues to a variety of audiences including business leaders, project teams and management.

" Ability to effectively manage projects with proven ability to work with various groups to reach a common goal.

" Ability to work under tight deadlines with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through.

" Willingness to learn and collaborate on solutions.
