We're seeking a future team member for the role of Trust Real Estate Associate, Client Processing I to join our Wealth Management team. The role is in Pittsburgh and is in office 5 days a week.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Support Wealth Management clients in upkeep and administration of real estate and loans held within a trust account.
  • Support the actions necessary to process incoming receipts related to Wealth Management real estate and loan assets, and process associated disbursements.
  • Support ad hoc system edits requested by the Trust Real Estate team.
  • Support the generation and distribution and collection of recurring reports.
  • Ensure the accounting concepts, policies, and procedures are followed to provide back office support for Trust Customers.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Experience in accounts payables and receivables.
  • General knowledge of real estate documentation or law.
  • Familiarity with Loan Servicing.
  • A firm understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Track record of success in completing assigned tasks in high quality and efficient manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
  • Ability to develop quality relationships with peers & key stakeholders.
  • Anticipates next steps and challenges where possible, to avoid pitfalls or delays in processing.
