We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our growing private equity team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment activities across the deal life-cycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and market research to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Analyze financial statements, perform valuation modeling, and prepare investment memorandum to support investment recommendations.
- Participate in the due diligence process, including reviewing legal documents, conducting financial analysis, and identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Assist with deal structuring and negotiation alongside senior team members.
- Maintain and update financial models and internal databases.
- Prepare presentations and other communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Support portfolio company monitoring and reporting activities.
- Stay abreast of current market trends and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role (prior internship experience may be considered for exceptional candidates).
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (proficiency in Excel is essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information concisely.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Teamwork mentality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
