Job Title: Associate I Payroll
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): St. Paul, MN (Onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 07/31/2024
Work Hours: 8am - 4:30pm
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by helping employees and managers with questions via email and phone
Create new hire folders
File paperwork into employee files
Distribute checks and reports to divisional contacts
Work with HR Representatives to resolve employee issues
Participate in special projects
Research and resolve employee related questions/issues
Comply with company policies as well and state/ federal, DOL & SOX regulations
Required Qualifications:
1+ year of general business experience in customer service, call center, and/or in a help desk environment
Beginning level proficiency with Excel (perform basic formulas)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field discipline
Previous payroll experience
