Essential Functions:

Coordinate and summarize communications with fund GPs, including managing capital calls, distributions, amendments, and tax reporting.

Track daily cash activity, overseeing wire transfers, funding investments, and managing invoice/expense payments.

Manage fund forecasts and compare them to actuals to ensure accuracy.

Update weekly cash projections and conduct liquidity analysis to support financial planning.

Assist in updating portfolio management data (OMNI) and perform weekly reconciliation tasks.

Support the preparation of semi-annual unaudited and annual audited financial statements following GAAP standards.

Assist in preparing monthly net asset value reports and supporting documentation for financial audits.

Conduct operational due diligence for new GPs and investments to ensure compliance and risk management.

Assist the accounting team in transaction closing activities, including information requests, allocation review, and reporting requirements.

Coordinate with various fund administrators to deliver required reporting and ensure compliance.

Summarize and track annual partnership K-1s for each fund to facilitate tax reporting.

Respond promptly and professionally to investor, sub-adviser, and team member requests.

Assist with daily accounting and reporting tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

Process, track, and summarize expenses across all funds for budgeting and financial analysis purposes.

Aid in the preparation of monthly investment valuations to assess fund performance.

Assist in preparing company dashboards and board decks to communicate financial performance and strategy effectively.

Perform additional duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate to support fund operations and financial reporting.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Must possess a four-year college degree with a major in Accounting

One to three years of accounting or audit experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Astute attention to detail

Strong Microsoft Excel experience

Ability to multi-task and manage priorities against key deadlines
