Job Description: Franklin & Marshall College is recruiting for a full-time Associate Director of Donor Stewardship & Events. Job Details: Location: F&M Campus - Lancaster, PA Classification: Full-time / Exempt Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Reports to: Director of Donor & Campaign Relations Department: Advancement Operations Job Description: The Associate Director of Donor Stewardship & Events is responsible for managing all aspects of giving society member recognition, including oversight of the member welcome experience and ongoing engagement and stewardship of giving society members. Develop individualized stewardship strategies, and craft unique touchpoints for the College's most generous benefactors. Plan and execute high-level events designed to celebrate philanthropy. Support other initiatives within College Advancement, including leadership group meetings and other in person and virtual events. Essential Functions: Manage all aspects of the donor recognition societies. Identify and track members; coordinate presidential welcome; plan and execute induction ceremonies. Plan and execute strategies to engage and show appreciation to giving society members, with particular focus on the College's most generous benefactors. Create, manage and execute programs that steward and recognize donors. Plan, manage and execute donor recognition and donor cultivation events to engage and celebrate philanthropy. Support and coordinate in person and remote/hybrid events and meeting logistics and other College Advancement initiatives. All other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. At least 1-3 years of related professional experience with donor relations, stewardship, volunteer management or high-end event production. Proficiency with Google Suite products (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Slides) Ability and willingness to provide excellent service and to work in a collegial manner with students, faculty and staff, and other constituencies is essential. Preferred Qualifications: 4 or more years of related professional experience with donor relations, stewardship, volunteer management or high-end event production. Additional Information: Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of reference checks, a criminal background verification, and verification of credentials.
