We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Associate Director, Media Partnerships to join our team. This role will be at the forefront of our media partnership efforts, developing and managing relationships with our media partners to drive the growth and success of our business. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our business strategy and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with existing and potential media partners to ensure the maximum value is derived from each partnership.
  • Lead media planning and buying strategies, ensuring optimal utilization of media resources.
  • Negotiate rates with media partners to ensure cost-effective media buying.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the media landscape, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of media partnerships and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, particularly within the Pharma and HCP sectors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in media partnerships, media planning, media buying, rate negotiations, integrated media, HCP, and Pharma.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing media partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable rates and terms.
  • Extensive knowledge of the media landscape, including traditional and digital media channels.
  • Experience in the Pharma and HCP sectors, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
