Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of insight gathering for company portfolio
  • Define and translate research objectives and key business questions into study plans, recommend appropriate methodology, and present insights to internal stakeholders
  • Work with Sr. Director to build and maintain global forecast as well as monitoring /validating underlying assumptions
  • Lead team effort to understand all sources of real-time data to inform commercial targeting and investments (ROI, multi-channel marketing)
  • Collect timely competitive intelligence and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage external research vendors and data providers

Qualifications

  • BS Life Sciences/Math/Statistics/Business; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field required
  • Primary and secondary market research experience required
  • Launch experience preferred
  • Experience in immunology/inflammation indications desirable
  • Experience building data bases and presenting to senior management
  • Proven analytical skills and learning agility
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
