The Associate Director is responsible for a wide range of tasks that will be essential to the smooth running of the School as well as to the educational development of the children. In the Director's absence, the Associate Director has sole responsibility for the school. Our Associate Directors are: Accountable. Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards. Responsible. Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents. Creative. Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day. Positive. Promote the positive image of the company, help build enrollment and play a major role in making the company a provider of choice for the communities we serve. Team-oriented. Recruit, select, and retain quality staff. Dedicated. Help achieve profitability for the company. Job Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age Must have previous leadership experience and at least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility. CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
