Overview

The Associate Director, HCP Marketing, Branded Strategy & Execution will be a key member of the Bronchiectasis Brand team for a potential product in Insmed's pipeline and will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies and tactics to prepare for launch. In collaboration with cross-functional partners, this position will develop plans and utilize appropriate tools and tactics to lead HCP personal and non-personal brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the establishment of brand identity through external stakeholder insights for branded concepts and messages.
  • Develop branded materials to support both personal and non-personal promotion, including field material and digital assets.
  • Co-develop and execute the branded launch strategy, including POA and National Launch meetings.
  • Develop Peer to Peer strategy and working with clinical experts and outside agencies, develop and operationalize National speaker bureau.
  • Organize and coordinate across the franchise, Insmed's presence at national and regional congresses.
  • Additional responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
    • Manage the brand's HCP Agency of Record.
    • Work closely with cross-functional partners including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Medical Affairs, to align and compliantly execute work.
    • Work closely with the financial business partner to manage spend to budget.
    • Ensure culture of compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of 5-10 years pharmaceutical experience in brand management/marketing in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in HCP personal and non-personal promotion preferred.
  • Experience in sales preferred.
  • Experience working with nationally recognized KOL experts.
  • Experience in managing external partners (e.g. consultants, agencies)
  • Proven ability to develop exceptional relationships and have an impact on or appropriately influence others.
  • Specialty disease experience preferred
  • A track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics that have delivered strong commercial results.
  • Successful track record of U.S. product launch experience
  • Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional, high-performance teams.
  • Highly learning agile
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy, and conciseness
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Individuals must demonstrate the ability to interact successfully in a dynamic and culturally diverse workplace.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
Travel RequirementsTravel required of approximately 10%, including congresses, speaker training, broadcasts, etc.

Salary Range

Insmed takes into consideration a combination of candidate's education, training, and experience as well as the position's scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required in the role, and external market and internal value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.

The base salary range for this job is from $139,000.00 to $195,200.00 per year
