Associate Director/Director, DMPK
Location: Watertown MA (Onsite)
Science/Focus: Immunological Diseases
Job Overview: This job requires partnering with various project teams, setting DMPK strategy, and driving execution of projects in the pharmaceutical industry, utilizing strong expertise in PK/ADME strategies, PK and PK/PD modeling, and excelling in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

•  Represent DMPK function on project teams; oversee and integrate all In Vitro and In Vivo ADME, PK, and PK/PD efforts for discovery and preclinical development programs.
•  Utilize PK and PK/PD modeling for human PK, dose projections, and DDI risk assessment; inform decision-making processes.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement DMPK strategies for NCE optimization; contribute to project advancement
•  Manage CRO interactions for timely DMPK study execution; support regulatory document preparation and presentation/publication strategies Primary Job Requirements:
•  MSc or PhD in relevant fields such as Drug Metabolism or Pharmacokinetics
•  15+ years of industry experience with MSc, or 5-10 years with PhD
•  Previous experience as a core DMPK project team representative is essential
•  Strong understanding of PK/ADME assays, methods, and models, as well as expertise in managing CROs and knowledge of regulatory guidance's
