Wayland Dental is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Wayland, MA, part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years of clinical experience.

About Our Practice

In business since 2006
Current Drs.: 2 Hygienists: 3 Operatories: 8
Schedule: Part-time, Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am-530pm, with possible Fridays
Periodontic and Endodontic care done in-office
PPO: 55% Fee-for-service: 45%
Active patient base: 3,400 - 35-40 new patients per month
iTERO, CEREC

Compensation

Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
CE allowance
Malpractice insurance

Qualifications and Skills

At least 2 years of clinical experience
Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry (general & cosmetic, simple extractions, CEREC and Invisalign experience a plus)
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
Periodontics, endodontics, and/or oral surgery experience a plus
GPR or AEGD, preferred
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve, as well as educate patients and staff
