We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our dental team. About Our Practice

In business since 1994
Currently (2) Drs. and (5) hygienists
Dr. chairs: 6 Hygiene chairs: 5
60% PPO and 40% FFS
Digital X-Ray system, iTero, CEREC
Schedule: full-time Monday-Friday

Qualifications and Skills

3-5 years of clinical experience
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges & dentures
Endodontic, surgical, and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred
GPR or AEGD preferred
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve

Compensation

Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
Generous CE allowance

Requirements

Valid dental license and completion of an accredited dental program
Proven experience as an Associate Dentist
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment
Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize patient care
Dedication to providing compassionate and personalized dental care

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
Perform procedures, including but not limited to cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions
Create treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care techniques
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and technology
