The work:

As an Associate Concept Developer/Artist, you'll work with Fortune 1000 companies as you create in both traditional and digital mediums to wow our clients. You'll spend time ideating, illustrating, storyboarding, and working with teams to create visually driven stories and solutions. Root is composed of artists, consultants, designers, filmmakers, researchers, and teachers - a mix of the analytical and the creative. Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project teams to create Root visual solutions, execute on group ideas, and act with customers in mind and within deadlines
  • Help develop solutions throughout the whole creation process - this includes collaborative design, ideation, and illustration
  • Demonstrate an ability to solve problems and manage multiple projects under deadlines
  • Confidently present ideas and solutions to project teams and clients
Here's what you need:
  • Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Foundational training in art: drawing, storytelling, and design
  • Computer-assessable portfolio and resume
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 5 years)
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with digital tablet and stylus
  • Strong conceptual skills and exceptional drawing and illustration skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized individual who can work both independently and with a team
  • Data visualization and infographic design skills
  • Storyboarding, visual narrative design, or agency experience
  • Demonstrated ability to:
  • Understand business strategy
  • Translate complex content into an easily accessible visual narrative
  • Listen to a group of people and be able to visually summarize key points
  • Present your thoughts and ideas
  • Be curious - always.
  • Willingness to share and receive feedback with a continuous improvement mindset
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

California $22.26 to $57.98

Colorado $22.26 to $50.10

New York $20.63 to $57.98

Washington $23.70 to $53.37
