One of our clients is seeking to add a Non-Equity Partner to their team. This is an opportunity that can be out of the LA, Sacramento, San Francisco, Irvine, or San Diego areas. Most of the cases will be Employment Defense/ PAGA and some advice and counsel.
If you are a Mid or Senior level attorney and want to take the next step in your career, this may be a position for you. No book of business is required but you must have the ability to work independently and handle cases from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Requirements
- 5+ years practice with labor and employment (defense)/ PAGA
- CA licensure, in good standing
- Ability to handle cases from beginning to end with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and writing skills
- Flexible work schedule
- Reasonable billable hour requirement- 1500
