Job Details

Our client seeking an Attorney with 5+ years' experience in Estate Planning and Trust administration for a full-time position in their Trusts & Estates practice group.

Qualifications:
Understanding of estate planning, estate administration and trust administration
Experience with wills and trusts and knowledge of estate and gift taxation; income tax knowledge for trusts and estates
Experience in business matters (partnerships, LLCs, S corporations) including planning for families a plus
Charitable planning experience is a plus

Ability to convey complex legal issues clearly, both verbally and in writing to attorneys and non-attorneys

Legal competence and pursuit of continued learning
Self-starter, self-motivated and be able to work on his/her own work
Confidentiality

Education & Experience:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in the estate planning and elder law industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Pennsylvania and/or Delaware Bar admission required.
